Our Project Managers receive the documents whose translation is requested and inform our customers.
Our Project Managers analyze the files and inform our customers about the price and delivery date.
After receiving the approval of our customers, our Project Managers start the translation process by appointing a translator suitable for the subject of the documents.
Our translators expert in that subject start the translation of the project. If they have any questions, they contact the Project Managers for them to forward it to the customer. A Terminology Glossary is created for the first projects.
Our editors read the document with the completed translation. This way, any errors that went unnoticed are eliminated. If there are any fluency issues for the end user, they are corrected.
The translated and edited documents are then checked by our Quality Assurance Specialists using computer softwares. Errors that may have been unnoticed in the documents (possible errors such as wrong numbers, inconsistent translation, compliance with the term list, repeated word errors, and even double-space errors) are checked and corrected if there is any.
Our DTP team edits the format of your documents, making them ready for printing and/or publication.
After all these processes, our Project Managers make final checks within the framework of our Zero Error Policy and deliver the project to our customers.
